The Inspector held a Pre-Inquiry Meeting on Thursday, 7 September 2017 at the Hilton Cambridge City Hotel, Downing Street, Cambridge, CB2 3DT
The purpose of the PIM was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry. There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
